We are 1.25 billion connected to the Internet, 304 millions thru a broadband connection.Guess who's the most broadband connected country?
Netherland with 34%. According to this table.
And who's the most connected to the Net?
Iceland. 88%! (same source)

in the era of 28 Mps internet +Phone + HDTV packages for 29.99/Month we still have almost 75% of Internet users on dialup.
The problem is rather to knoz what is the definition of "connected". Is it at home, with a daily access,weekly, monthly, yearly?
Good point Julien, and what my Nokia E61i phone on the Orange 3G+ Network, is that a connection ? Broadband ?
